Can I distribute Blackbell technology?
Of course. We are constantly looking for partners to distribute our technology. Learn more in our partnership section. 

In which countries do you operate?
Globally. However, we use Stripe for online payments. Therefore, to fully enjoy online payment-related features (online store, multi-vendor marketplace builder...), here are the countries where we can properly operate.

Can I build a simple marketplace for my business without enrolling external suppliers? 
Yes of course. Our platform lets you build simple websites, fully-centralized marketplaces or multi-vendor marketplaces.

Can Blackbell be used to build an online store? 
Definitely! Custom domain name, services & products management, online payment.. That is all you need to build your store.

Can Blackbell be used to build C2C marketplaces? 
No. Our platform lets you build Business (B) to Consumers (C) marketplaces. 

What about SEO? 
We let manage your SEO straight from the back office.

Can I have a mobile app? 
Sure. Our online tool lets you build a web platform but mobile apps can be built upon demand.

Are there any other fees, beside the subscription?Only if you order professional services such as assistance on app creation or native apps. To get a firm quotation on a larger project, feel free to reach us by email @ hello@blackbellapp.com

When do I start paying for my subscription?
You can start building your app for FREE. And you have 14 days to start paying for your subscription 😀 

How can I get my invoices?You will receive them directly by email. If you missed one, email us at accounting@blackbellapp.com
Is there a commitment period?No commitment period. No termination notice. Only the current subscription period is due.

Can I pay with any currency? 
You can pay in EUR, USD or GPB.

What payment methods do you accept?
Online payment. 

Can I upgrade my plan?You can, at anytime. 
Do you offer discounts?We offer discounts for annual subscriptions. Since we believe our prices are fair, we don't offer any other discounts. It helps us stay agile; with less people negotiating, we can focus on building the best platform possible to bring you even more value.
